For more than forty years, Kay Hill has called Lake County and the greater Orlando area home. Alongside her husband, Gene, she raised their sons on a picturesque ranch in Mount Dora where they bred and raised Paint horses. Throughout those four decades, Kay developed deep ties to the Central Florida community, building a diverse professional background spanning civic leadership, the sale of insurance, and the design, construction, and furnishing of multimillion-dollar properties. That wide-ranging experience naturally led to her true lifelong passion: real estate.
In real estate, Kay’s clients always come first.
